This is set to change with the arrival of Jupiter probe Juno, which completed its first flyby of the north pole on August 27 and has already started delivering.On that flyby, Juno got busy taking photos with its JunoCam instrument from a distance of just 4,200 kilometres (2,500 miles) above Jupiter's clouds as it travelled over a period of six hours from the north pole to the south. Beats by Dre A judge has dismissed the heart of a lawsuit against Apple's Beats Electronics that claimed that the high-end-headphone maker's co-founders conspired to sever the headphone line from Monster before Apple bought the company in 2014 for $3.2 billion.The summary judgment issued late Monday by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William Fahey resolves the key charges that claimed Beats co-founders Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine duped former partner Noel Lee, founder of video and audio cable maker Monster. The lawsuit, which was filed in January 2015, had been scheduled to go to trial next week. Apple is expanding the capacity of its iCloud Drive storage service. CNET Apple has doubled the maximum amount of data users can store on iCloud Drive, now offering 2 terabytes to customers of its online storage service.Apple's new storage capacity will run customers $19.99 per month, twice the $9.99 monthly cost of its previous 1TB storage max. Consumers still have the option of getting 5GBs of storage for free. The company also offers a 50GB plan for 99 cents per month, and a 200GB option for $3.99.The higher capacity is expected to benefit those with large iCloud Photo Libraries and for the new macOS Sierra iCloud Drive features.While iCloud was once a place to backup photos and address books, iCloud Drive allowed it to morph into a full-fledged cloud storage service. It's even bigger than it looks. Standing in front of it, my head tilted back -- it's huge. It's sci-fi come to life: an 18-meter/59-foot tall Mobile Suit from the anime series "Gundam." Spotify has been penalizing some artists who provide music exclusively to its main competitor, Apple Music, according to a Bloomberg report. Citing unnamed people familiar with the practices, the report said Spotify search results bury tunes by artists who give their material to Apple Music first. The company also waed acts it will exclude Apple-exclusive music from featured Spotify playlists once it's available to stream there, the report said.
