The cable network's streaming service HBO Now is currently not working for new signups.
HBOIf you've been waiting a long time (since December, actually) for the Game of Thrones premiere and wanted to catch the action on your smartphone or tablet through HBO's Now streaming service, the bad news is that, well, currently, you can't.
New users on Twitter and Reddit are reporting that the free trial isn't working as it should, basically looping users to restart the app and subscribe for the full service, while not letting them renew when they try to do so. HBO claims to have fixed the issue, but users are still reporting that it's not working for them.
Regardless, if you're having issues, the recommended solution is force quit the app, sign out and sign in again and if that doesn't work, drop a DM to the HBO Now tech support team on Twitter. Be sure to leave a comment below if you've found a solution that works.
