Harry Potter is all grown up.
The former boy wizard is now a husband and father in "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child", a new play continuing his magical adventures. And now, before you can say "Expelliarmus!", the first pictures of Harry and his family have been released.
Actor Jamie Parker steps into Daniel Radcliffe's wizard robes to play the adult Harry, now an employee of the Ministry of Magic. Harry and his wife Giy, played by Poppy Miller, have three kids. The youngest is Albus, played by Sam Clemmett, who struggles with the weight of his family legacy.
Whether Albus is the cursed child of the title remains to be seen as details of the plot are kept under wraps -- but one thing we know is that according to author JK Rowling, the show will likely make you cry.
"The Cursed Child" is a continuation of the Harry Potter series, based on a new story by Rowling and written by Jack Thoe with director John Tiffany. Imogen Heap provides the music. It'll be staged at London's Palace Theatre this summer and will be shown in two parts.
Previews for the play begin on 7 June, followed by official opening performances on 30 July. If your broomstick won't carry you all the way to London's Palace Theatre, a book of the script will also be available.
