Kent German/CNETBicycle riders in Amsterdam now have a new option for getting around the cycling-mad city when they just can't power themselves through a long ride home.
Aounced today, UberBike lets Uber customers order a car with a bike rack to get both them, their bikes and their tired legs across town. Customers can select the new option using the ride sharing service's mobile app for an additional 4 euro (about $4.5, £3.1 or AU$6.21).
So far the service is available only in Amsterdam with no word whether Uber will roll it out beyond the Netgerlands. Uber didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
