Samsung's On5 phone will cost under $200 at T-Mobile and MetroPCS.

T-Mobile and Samsung paired up on Wednesday to launch two new budget devices to the carrier's lineup, the Galaxy On5 smartphone and the Galaxy Tab E tablet.
T-Mobile isn't the first to pickup the Galaxy Tab E; Verizon has a had the Android 6.0 device for a few months now. The Tab E is an affordable tablet, with an 8-inch 1,280x800 display. Samsung's homegrown Exynos processor (a 1.3GHz quad core) powers the device.
You'll find a 5-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel lens up front for your photo needs. While you only get 16GB of storage inteally, there is a microSD card slot on board. Samsung has put a 5,000mAh battery inside the Tab E as well.
It goes on sale June 22 for $240, or for $0 down with $10 a month for 24 months on one of T-Mo's plans.
Galaxy On5 phone
Also joining the lineup is Samsung's Galaxy On5 phone, which is coming to both T-Mobile and its prepaid brand, MetroPCS. Meant for simple use and keeping costs low, the On5 has a 5-inch display (1,280x720-pixel resolution) and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Samsung's TouchWiz software on top.
You'll find a 5-megapixel lens with an LED flash on the back and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. The phone has a 2,600mAh battery and will charge through a Micro USB port. While inteally you get 8GB of storage, only around 3GBs will be user accessible. Thankfully you can expand your storage through a microSD card slot. Powering the device will be a Exynos 1.3GHz quad core processor with 1.5GB of RAM.
T-Mobile will add the Galaxy On5 on June 29th for $140 outright, or for $0 down with $5.83 a month for 24 months. The On5 will land on MetroPCS slightly earlier, on June 27, for $129, but will end up costing $59 after a $70 instant rebate.
