WhatsApp will hand over data to Facebook - CNET

WhatsApp just aounced that it updated its terms and conditions to permit the company to opt-in all one billion of its users to share information with Facebook. Facebook will take that information to find friends and also target ads better. WhatsApp is also working on ways for businesses to communicate to users from the app.
