Best Leadership Book

This is the first time I have ever listened to an audio book. I have the hard copy but with my hectic work schedule plus family time finding the time to read this was not happening. Glad I made the choice!!!

Why get this book? I believe this book is applicable in many different aspects of life. I've read many different leadership books. What sets this apart. It address's YOU, your attitude, your perspective, your mind set... Extreme Ownership is just that.... Think of it this way. You point the finger at someone that is doing something wrong to blame, well there are three more fingers pointing back at you.

Get this book for yourself, if you think someone else should read it, well you should read it three more times.

Just the beginning

During the Christmas Season, this hardcover book was mentioned many times as a stocking stuffer favorite of supervisors. However, I drive a lot. So, Audio is perfect and as a bonus, the author that wrote the chapter also speaks the chapter. This isn't just a "business book". Yes, it has business scenarios. Those translate to everyone's lifestyle. Everyone, everywhere can gain something from this book.
After listening, I found out this is just the beginning. @leifbabin is on Twitter & @jockowillink is has a podcast that is nothing short of amazing. It all started with this book, and this audiobook. I can't thank them enough for being the catalyst of positive changes I am seeing in myself. #good #nfs
