What appears to happen in the video is that a female driver is texting on her phone with both hands. However, Jeannine Buck from British Columbia, Canada says her iPhone can do things others might not.As the Abbotsford News reports, Buck says she dropped her phone out the window of a Cessna in which she was a passenger last Monday night. She was flying around taking pictures out the window when the wind slipped it from her grasp.She says she saw it hitting tree branches in the park below which, perhaps, gave her hope.A few hours later, she persuaded a friend to offer his phone and its Find My iPhone app in order to search for hers.It helped that her phone has a distinctive ringtone -- Otis Redding's "(Sittin' On) The Dock Of The Bay."She says she found it in the park and even posted a picture to her Facebook page to prove she wasn't making it all up.The screen wasn't cracked and the rest of the phone only had slight damage. The phone, she said, worked just fine.Buck didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. She has, however, retired Redding from his duties."I had just changed the ringtone [that] moing from 'Stayin' Alive,'" she told the Abbotsford News. "I've since changed in back in honor of the phone's will to live."Naturally, she describes it as "a miracle." There are fake nails to help you commute, awearable chair for tired physicians, even a Pokemon Go-connected band. So now there's a new wearable that helps women get pregnant.Ava, a Swiss startup, on Tuesday started shipping its $199 bracelet that tracks your fertility cycles and helps you figure out the optimal time to conceive. The company also offered the first data on how well the product works.The bracelet uses technology to solve one of the more frustrating problems for some couples: getting pregnant. A healthy, young couple having sex every day only has a 25 percent chance of conceiving in any given month, according to The New England Joual of Medicine. That number decreases with age, health issues, intercourse frequency, among other factors. Ava aims to give women more control over the reproductive process.A woman wears the Ava bracelet, which has a 12-hour battery life (but can recharge in an hour), at night. The device sends 3 million data points it collects to her phone. The Ava app then displays the information through several graphs along with a timeline of her cycle, which depicts when she will be the most fertile. The Food and Drug Administration-approved bracelet tracks nine physical metrics, including heart rate variability and heat loss to predict a woman's fertile window, or the six days a month when a woman can get pregnant.Ava hopes to make fertility tracking effortless with its wearable and connected app. Daniel Winkler Ava also unveiled some clinical data, which found the bracelet gives you 5.3 fertile days per month with 89 percent accuracy. While the lads all went out and fought crime, she had to stay behind doing secretary things. Apparently, this was just "thrilling."It's actually creator William Moulton Marston's fault, according to comics blogger Tim Hanley. USPS In honor of Wonder Woman's 75th anniversary, the US Postal Service will release new Wonder Woman Forever stamps. The stamps, to be issued October 7, showcase the superhero's costume evolution from her World War II origins to her most recent incaation leading up to the June 2 standalone "Wonder Woman" movie starring Gal Gadot. The postal service announced the stamps at San Diego Comic-Con in partnership with Waer Bros. Consumer Products and DC Entertainment. The stamp sheets feature four different stamp designs depicting Wonder Woman during the comic book eras: Golden Age (1941-55), Silver Age (1956-72), Bronze Age (1973-86) and Mode Age (1987-present). The top row of stamps use show Wonder Woman in the Mode Age as she wears her beloved costume while wielding a hammer and hearkening back to her Greek mythology background. The second row of stamps shows Bronze Age Wonder Woman as she defends herself in battle using bullet-deflecting bracelets. The third row of stamps gives fans the Silver Age superhero holding onto her golden lasso of truth. Lastly, the stamp sheet includes a design of Golden Age Wonder Woman wearing her original costume with a longer skirt, as originally envisioned in 1941 by her creator William Moulton Marston. This isn't the first time USPS has honored Wonder Woman on stamps. In 2006, a Wonder Woman stamp with art by Ross Andru and Mike Esposito debuted alongside other stamps featuring fellow superheroes Aquaman, Batman, The Flash, Green Arrow, Green Lante, Hawkman, Plastic Man, Supergirl and Superman. More specifically, Wonder Woman's famed mode of transport. In theory, they could've just put me on an empty street coer, told me the jet was in front of me, and I'd have had no grounds for argument.And that's the fun of San Diego Comic-Con, which unofficially started Wednesday with a preview night for press. The 46-year-old event attracts 130,000 attendees every year to the San Diego waterfront for a half-week binge of comics and pop culture. So I went to see the jet. Fortunately, the Wonder Women event, held by Waer Bros. Consumer Products, was not just an emperor's new clothes kind of stunt. The installation, on a street coer in San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter, looks like this: There's a backdrop of the sky and clouds, with what looks like half a jet protruding out of it. The aircraft is made of clear plastic -- similar to how toy versions of the jet look, just a lot bigger. The installation is part of a 75th anniversary celebration of the iconic comic hero. Wonder Woman had a part in this year's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," and she's getting her own movie, due out in 2017. Luckily, for us anxious fans of the Amazonian princess who fights for justice and truth, while protecting mankind, we get a few new images from the upcoming movie. Entertainment Weekly released exclusive new images from the long-awaited "Wonder Woman" movie, directed by Patty Jenkins. The new photos show Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman and Chris Pine ("Star Trek") as her love interest, Captain Steve Trevor.Sadly, we can't glean much information from the new images, other than Wonder Woman in a battle pose with her sword and shield, as well as her kneeling next to Trevor in the woods.This isn't the first time we've seen Gadot and Pine in action from the upcoming stand-alone film. We previously saw footage of "Wonder Woman" actors Gadot and Pine in 1940s-period costumes last year, and Gadot also posted a photo of herself donning an update of the legendary costume.This year we also saw Gadot's version of Wonder Woman in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." The new "Wonder Woman" movie, according to Slashfilm, will show Wonder Woman/Diana Prince in her home on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their land and tells them of a massive conflict raging in the outside world. Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. She chooses to battle alongside mankind in a war to end all wars. Pokemon Go launched last week, and it's a legitimate phenomenon, with people taking "Pokewalks" around their neighborhoods to find the digital monsters and power-ups on their phone. Nintendo and its developer partner, Niantic, have struggled to keep up with demand from players, with server outages and app crashes a frequent occurrence. But that hasn't dampened enthusiasm for the game. It's the first instance where augmented reality, which overlays digital images on top of the real world, has been wedded to a pop culture icon. CNET Pokemon Go, the new Nintendo augmented reality game, was intended to send players out into the real world.How much reality, though, might gamers find? And how augmented might that reality be?Shayla Wiggins, 19, from Riverton, Wyoming, says that on Friday moing the game prompted her to find a Pokemon in a natural water source. Instead, as local Community news site County 10 reported, she found something else in a river: a dead body."I was walking towards the bridge along the shore when I saw something in the water," she told County 10. "I had to take a second look and I realized it was a body."She said the body was of an average-size male, wearing a black shirt and black pants. She said she called 911 and detectives arrived. The Fremont County Sheriff's Office didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. However, in a statement posted by KCWY News 13 to its Facebook page, the office confirmed that a body had been found by someone walking in the area at 8:40 a.m.The statement added: "The death appears to be accidental in nature and possibly that of a drowning. There is no evidence at this time that would indicate foul play."The sheriff's office added that the body had been in three feet of water and that evidence suggested the man went into the water at that very part of the Big Wind River. The man has yet to be identified.Fremont County Undersheriff Ryan Lee confirmed Wiggins' find to KCWY-TV. Wiggins told KCWY, "I was really scared." She did, though, add that she would go back to the river to find her water Pokemon.Pokemon Go has been temporarily suspended in some countries, as the servers weren't prepared for quite the popularity it's already achieved.
